July 8 - Long Beach -Ocean Looks Like Cooking Oil



The water is the consistency of cooking oil and doesn't even move like water...there is a hissing sound almost as if boiling and bubbles in the water. The smell won't leave your sinuses and you get a bad taste in your mouth.
