This man, Captain Paul Watson fights against this. The release of the activist is interest to the world, is interest of humanity, is interest to Brazil.

O capitão canadense Paul Watson, líder da ONG internacional Sociedade de Conservação Pastores do Mar focada na defesa dos oceános e da vida marinha no mundo inteiro está detido. Responsável pelo direito, pela preservação das diversas especies marinhas muitas delas em extinção. Um libertário do planeta Terra, um libertário da vida natural, um defensor da armonia entre seres humanos, animais e natureza. Esse libertário foi detido em Frankfurt na Alemanha no último dia 14 de abril.
O motivo da sua prisão é no mínimo duvidoso ou curioso ... o mandato para a prisão do capitão Watson foi emitido na Costa Rica em outubro de 2011. Tal mandato refere-se a um processo que havia sido arquivado e que curiosamente foi reaberto poucos dias depois do Instituto de Pesquisas de Cataceus iniciar um processo civil contra a Sociedade de Conservação dos Pastores do Mar dos Estados Unidos.Resumindo, o mandato de prisão não tem mais nenhuma validade legal pois prescreveu.
Segundo o goberno costarriquenho Paul Watson teria jogado uma embarcação em direção a outra num navio pesqueiro nas suas águas, porém as águas onde supostamente ocorreu essas aguas pertencem a Guatemala e a ação foi autorizada pelo governo de Guatemala, pois trata-se de impedir que fosse cometido um crime ambiental previsto na lei da Guatemala.
O fato da Costa Rica pedir a prisão do Capitão Watson é no mínimo estranho, duvidoso, suspeito, suspeito de armação para aprisionar a pessoa que planeja as ações que provocam os maiores prejuiços económicos às empresas que obtem os seus lucros praticando crime contra a fauna marinha ao redor do mundo.

Ou seja a INTERPOL considera essa prisão abusiva e ilegal segundo o documento que recebi.
Jogada política, interesses econômicos e pressão de países que praticam a pesca ilegal e a caça de baleias e golfinhos. Fizemos essa denúncia como o Presidente da Comissão de Dereitos HUmanos. A industria pesqueira no Japão, na Noruega, na Russia, na Coréia do Sul e na China, países de forte influência internacional e que encontram na pesca uma forma de ganho económico certamente querem manter eese ativista na prisão.
Não podemos aqui acusar ninguém ... nenhum país mas parece claro que a Costa Rica está servindo de instrumento para defender o interesse de outros países mais potentes e que na verdade violentam as leis internacionais em defesa do planeta, do meio ambiente e da vida marinha.

O Brasil não pode calar-se diante desse fato. Temos um dos litorais mais ricos em diversidade marinha nesse globo, as águas brasileiras despertam o interesse da indústria pesqueira mundial. Nada contra a pesca de forma alguma porém tudo contra a pesca ilegal e a destruição da biodiversidade marinha.
Repito ... não podemos calar pois estas verdadeiras mafias já estão atuando em águas brasileiras principalmente no norte, nordeste do Brasil. Não por acaso a apreensão de barbatanas de tubarão que seriam contrabandeadas para a Asia o que infelizmente aconteceu aqui no Brasil. Existem diversos questionamentos que devemos fazer acerca dessa questão ... um deles é que gostariamos de ver nossos humildes e honestos pescadores artesanais serem respeitados e não engolidos por grandes corporações pesqueiras internacionais.
Esse homen, capitão Paul Watson luta pra que isso não ocorra. A libertação desse ativista é de interesse do mundo, é de interesse da humanidade, é de interesse do Brasil.
Lembro que a Sociedade de Conservação Pastores do Mar possui um braço em solo brasileiro responsável pela proteção da costa brasileira e da sua diversidade marinha, atuante frente a questões relacionadas a pesca ilegal, a derrame de petróleo e agressões ao meio ambiente.
Termino somente dizendo isso ... se deixarmos que a prisão e extradição desse homem realmente ocorram estaremos aí abrindo um precedente para que isso aconteça também no nosso país.Não podemos calar ...por isso exigimos, pedimos libertem libertem Paul Watson para que ele continue defendendo o planeta.
