Germantown, OH The starving still continues this story isnt new to me after being so involved with Nitros law but every time I see this it kills me to know there is no felony law to protect the voiceless. We are still fighting to get Nitro's law passed in Ohio he was starved to death with 6 of his kennel companions in 2008.
Lucien was found with 2 other dogs in a basement all of them almost starved to death by their owners.The dogs are being cared for at the Germantown Animal Health Center
Luv A Bulls is the rescue that has taken them in if you can help them in any way to care for these dogs it would be so appreciated
